Spaghetti a la Croatia

Ingredients for 4 persons: 320g (12 oz) spaghetti, 1 lemon rind, 1 spoonful of capers, 30g (1 oz) olive oil, salt, pepper.

Bring a pot of salted water to the boil, and add the spaghetti. While the spaghetti is cooking on a medium flame, chop up the lemon rind and the capers, and cook them in the oil for 6 or 7 minutes. Drain the pasta and season it with the lemon and caper sauce, and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
